SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

After you place your order my feet hit the ground running to get it to you fast.

As soon as you order has been placed you will be notified via email - so always make sure you info is up to date so you don't miss out on all the important notifications.  If you didn't receive a notification please check your spam or junk folders before sending us an email 

When you place your order we get a massive big DING notification that you have placed your order as well as an email alert - so we will never ever miss your order !!

 

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING OPTIONS

At Fox + Stone we only use Australia Post to deliver your precious cargo of pretties.  

Standard Tracked Post is only $6.50 per order 

Express Tracked Post is $11.50 per order

FREE TRACKED STANDARD POST FOR ORDERS OVER $50 AUSTRALIA ONLY

Unfortunately we DO NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING at this time.  Due to so many postage policy changes from Covid-19 

PROCESSING TIMES

All the pretties at Fox + Stone are made to order so please allow 5-7 working days (this is usually a lot faster for smaller orders) for your earrings to be packaged during non peak times.

During peak holiday times (Christmas, Valentines, Easter etc) - your pretties may take a little longer. We are just a small business and do our best to get your precious pretties out to you in a reasonable time. 

DO YOU OFFER PICK UP OPTION 

As we work from home we have chosen not to offer pick up at this time.  All orders will be sent using Australia Post - thank you for your understanding during these Covid times. 

TRACKING

All your precious pretties will be sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers.  These will be notified to you via email when we have fulfilled your order.  Please make sure your email address is correct so you do miss these important updates during your order process.

LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS

Fox + Stone will not be held responsible for lost or delayed orders.  Once your order has been completed and issued a tracking number it is then in the hands of Australia Post - we can not be held accountable for things that are out of our hands. 

Australia post states on their website that standard postage times is 2-20 days and regional areas may take longer.  Your tracking number will show how your order is travelling so again please make sure your email address is relevant and up to date.

By placing an order with Fox + Stone you are acknowledging this postage information on Australia Posts website and accept these terms and conditions about the postage time above.

OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Unfortunately, due to hygiene standards Fox + Stone cannot accept returns or exchanges on any earring products.  If you have any queries please contact info@foxandstone.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

You are entitled to a refund as per ACCC guidelines for items you purchase from Fox + Stone if the item is:

  • (a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or 
  • (b) Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or 
  • (c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Fox + Stone with proof of purchase, such as your original Fox + Stone order number

If you do not return the item within a reasonable time eg 5 working days, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, but you will be entitled to exchange or gift card

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item for a 

Please note items that have been worn cannot be returned

Items for return are to be sent at the customers expense and in the same condition as purchased

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If earrings or headbands are damaged in transit- Fox + Stone does not hold any responsibility as great care is taken to package your bling carefully with tissue paper, secure earring backs and plastic sleeves.  A claim will be required to be submitted to Australia Post by yourself.

If by chance you happen to be missing an item please advise us within 24hrs- if contacted outside this time frame no compensation can be made due to high turn over of stock

We are only human and sometimes things get forgotten - we have a huge amount of orders to fulfill and mistakes do happen.  Please just let us know and we will work with you to fix the problem immediately xx
